Dhaerma is a fast-growing start-up company that creates clean luxurious skincare products. We are currently seeking a TikTok Content Creator Intern to join our team at our office located in South San Diego.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging TikTok content that aligns with Dhaerma's brand identity and values.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and strategies.
• Film and edit TikTok videos using creative techniques and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in TikTok content creation to ensure Dhaerma remains relevant and competitive.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a media, marketing, or related program.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and techniques.
• Experience with video editing software, such as CapCut and InShot.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
• Availability to work at our office in southern San Diego for the duration of the internship.

This is a part-time, in-person internship position with a flexible schedule. The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing start-up environment.
