Shipping & Returns

How soon can I expect my order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday), regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days, but we do not guarantee a specific ship date. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us. Please note that transit times for each shipping carrier may vary. DHAERMA is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

International Orders 

At DHAERMA we offer international shipping at reasonable and reduced rates to most anywhere in the world. However, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by DHAERMA and thus cannot be refunded. DHAERMA will not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.  

Free Shipping

DHAERMA offers free standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $79 and over. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened and used products. Every product is made with extreme love and care, which makes processing returns very difficult.

However, we are happy to offer a return if the product has been damaged via shipping in any way. Please retain all original packaging and send us an email with your order number, photos, and/or video if necessary to dhaermaskin@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
